As many items from the Hobbie Store are made to order, please allow a little more time for us to prepare your order than you might be used to with A*azon and fast-fashion sites. We will notify you as soon as we have shipped your order.
For Australian customers, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch. For international customers, please allow up to three weeks.
returns
We care about what we send out into the world and only ship pieces we’re truly happy with. Since everything is hand-drawn and screen printed by us, each item is unique. Small variations are expected charms of our handmade products.
All returns and exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of delivery. Please email amy@hobbie.ink for instructions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, or any items that have been personalised.
If you think your item might be faulty, please send us a photo of the issue. When applicable, we’ll sort you out with a return label and either a replacement or a refund.

For change-of-mind returns or if the size isn’t quite right, return shipping will be at your own cost. Please take care to package your item(s) safely and securely, as items that are retuned damaged will not be eligible for a full refund.
We recommend using a tracked service so your package gets back to us safely. As a very small business, we’re unable to take responsibility for any lost returns.
A refund will be processed once we’ve received the item and checked that it’s in the same condition as we sent out; unworn/unused, and with all original tags attached.
When it comes to t-shirts and totes, we work in small batches and can’t guarantee we’ll have another size available for exchanges. We know how annoying it can be to get off the couch and find a ruler, but we strongly encourage you to check the size chart in the product listing before placing your order!
